Konstantinos Sakkas, better known as Saccao, is a Greek DJ and producer with more than a decade of record releases. His productions have seen the light of day on labels such as Suara, Toolroom Records, Global Underground and Yoshitoshi, and his new EP is out now on Awen Records.
His new release is directly inspired by the mythology of his native Greece. Saccao opens his new EP with Sirens Of Odyssey, a track full of analogue feeling and melancholy inspired by the shipwrecks caused by the songs of sirens.
The second track also bears another mythical name, Ithaca. With a more hypnotic pulse, this second cut makes us sail through the waters of the Ionian Sea, with a stop in the middle of a journey of almost nine minutes.
Saccao squeezes again his long creative experience in a release at the height of the best references of his extensive career.
