Michael Chiritos’ real name is Luys Fernando Rodriguez Rojas, and he was born in Zaraza, Venezuela, later settling in Buenos Aires, where he studied music and audio post-production. The DJ and producer released his first EP in 2018, and since then, his sonic evolution has led him to denser and darker terrains like the ones he treads in this new EP for Awen Records.
With two apocalyptic titles, Judgement Day and Last Day On Earth, Michael brings two pieces of classic Melodic Techno. Last Day On Earth maintains an excellent rhythmic pattern, but delves into more complex melodies, full of synth pads with broken arpeggios and a tremendous sonic recreation of what could be the final day of our planet.
After debuting on Awen Records just a couple of months ago as the remixer of Darcy Stephens’ The Calling, Michael brings his first EP as a producer.
